This property is 68.461 Ha (169 acres) of Kiwitea silt loam which is mostly flat with some steep sidelings. It is located some 32 kilmetres from Feilding and is on the boundary of the Oroua River. In the past this property has been leased out to local farmers for all descriptions on farming including cropping and grazing. It was also used to milk off by a dairy farmer in conjunction with his own property. It is currently being utilised for drystock grazing and cropping. The water supply for the farm is pumped from a stream to all the 15 main paddocks throughout the farm.
